About me
Judith Sheft is the executive director of the New Jersey Commission of Science, Innovation and Technology. The Commission's mission is to accelerate economic development by stimulating academic-industrial collaboration and encouraging and supporting entrepreneurs and inventors. Since 2020, the Commission has provided grants of over $16.5M to 275 awardees.
Previously, she worked at NJIT managing the HealthIT Connections entrepreneurial cluster development program, the NJIT I-Corps Site, and the Procurement Technical Assistance Center. She is on the Board of Advisors to the NJIT Murray Women’s Center and serves as a mentor and serves on the Board of Greater Newark Enterprise Corporation, Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship Corporation, Einstein’s Alley, SheTek, R&D Council of NJ, NJ Big Data Alliance and NJEDA Technology Advisory Board.
