Josiah Keilson serves as an outreach manager at the U.S. Treasury Department for the State Small Business Credit Initiative, where he focuses primarily on the southeast region and leads working groups related to sustainability and loan participation products. Before joining Treasury in 2022, he worked as the Senior Strategy and Innovation Manager at Momentus Capital and Capital Impact Partners, a national community development financial institution (CDFI). There, he led organizational strategy and new product and market expansion initiatives. Previously, he advised federal, nonprofit, and social enterprise clients on strategy and analytics projects at Deloitte Consulting. He holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelors in Economics from North Carolina State University. He is based in Raleigh, NC.
